Execution
Pack and label

Physical move day
Oversee the physical move of furniture, equipment, and boxes. Have team leads at both the old and new locations to direct movers and answer questions.

Connect and test all workstations, printers, phones, and network equipment. Verify internet speeds, VPN access, and any cloud services are working properly.
